You have to see this area to appreciate it. It is likely the most heavily cactus'ed locations on a major roadway in maricopa that you will see come available. It is absolutely gorgeous property and you'll be hard pressed to find this almost anywhere you can drive to. It is the hard corner of Warren and Robin; you can find this easily, and it is also easy to get back out and down to Highway 84 and also I-8. There are some ccrs requiring 2 AC minimum lot size, to ensure good sized parcels in this area. Please see the CCR's for suitability for your project!
